• Refunds are available for items that are returned within fourteen days of receipt and remain in original sale condition with no missing parts. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are not refundable (unless, of course, the error was ours, i.e. wrong item, wrong color, etc.). Please contact us prior to making any returns.

  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 10 business days).  These estimates may be longer for International orders.

  • If you need to return an item, simply sign in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  Buyer pays for return shipment (which will be reimbursed only if the return is due to our error), and is advised to insure all return packages, or buyer is responsible for value of item if it is lost or damaged in return delivery.  Please prominently display the RMA # on the return package for each returned item.

   
  • Merchandise sold "as iswill not be returnable, except if the item is flagrantly misrepresented in the description.

  • All weights and measures represented in item descriptions are approximate. 


  • To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
